Authorized Sellers

Bubble Universe LLC is the sole authorized seller of Bubble Lick and Bubble Universe branded products. No third-party individual, reseller, or distributor is authorized to sell Bubble Lick or Bubble Universe branded products through any channel — including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Chewy, or any other online or physical marketplace — without the express written consent of Bubble Universe LLC and a fully executed reseller or distribution agreement. Any purported authorization not documented in a signed written contract with Bubble Universe LLC is invalid and unenforceable.

Unauthorized Sales

Products sold by unauthorized sellers may be:

• Outdated or past recommended use date
• Improperly stored or handled
• Tampered with or repackaged
• Misrepresented in condition or quantity

Bubble Universe LLC cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or authenticity of products purchased through unauthorized channels.

Consumer Protection

Purchases made through unauthorized sellers are not eligible for product support, replacements, or quality guarantees from Bubble Universe LLC. Bubble Universe LLC is not responsible for any harm, dissatisfaction, or loss resulting from purchases made through unauthorized channels.
